Today, we want to introduce you to Stacey Daly.
Stacey has been with us nearly 2 yrs working in the hotel & works as our Trainee Duty manager๐
When we interviewed Stacey for this little slot, we learned so much about her.

I am born & raised in Clonmel.

I started working here in May 2022.
I began my journey as a Food & beverage assistant working in the bar & service floor but occasionally working weddings & Christmas parties etc.
I’m proud to say that 2 months ago I was promoted to trainee Duty Manager.

My favorite thing about working in the Talbot Hotel Clonmel is the staff, we all work very well as a team.
I also like dealing with customers. My day is so varied looking so no day is ever the same day.

When I’m off, I like to spend my time with my family & friends.
I’m a bit of a shopaholic, online or in person nothing will stop me.

I started my hospitality journey in a Hotel in Kilkenny 5 years ago and I also have a degree in Childcare which I found very helpful in the Hospitality business.
I’m about to broaden my experience & move to Spain for a few months to continue my studies for college.
What Stacey didn't tell us was that she is an unbelievable team player! She is always so happy and smiling (her picture says it all!)
She has fantastic attention to detail, and is going to have a serious career in hospitality!
She is a 'go-getter' & is about to move to Valencia in Spain for a few months on her Erasmus from L.I.T where she is studying a Degree with Business, Travel & Tourism.
