Today we want to introduce you to Olivia O'Brien.
Oliva works front of house in our Howards Restaurant and looks after our breakfast service each morning.
When we interviewed Olivia for this little post this is what we learned about her ......
😀 Olivia is working here in the hotel for 12 months now and works between breakfast and lunch shifts.
😀 She has recently been promoted as a health and safety officer within the food and beverage department.
😀 Olivia is mum to Clara, who is nearly 12 and she loves to dance ! Olivia is also mum to her fur baby 'Peanut' the dog, whom by the sounds of it is spoilt rotten!!!
😀 Olivia loves the variety of the job, and all the new people she gets to meet, and she loves to put a smile on peoples face first thing in the morning when she sees them for breakfast.
😀 Outside of work you can find Olivia out running or hitting the gym
😀 What you don't know about her is she loves animals, and sometimes she will even admit she prefers them to humans...
