Beata has been a cornerstone of our Accommodation Department at the Talbot Hotel Clonmel for over 15 years.
Her work ethic and attention to detail are second to none.
She takes immense pride in ensuring that every room is spotless, welcoming, and perfectly prepared for our guests, creating a home-away-from-home experience that our visitors consistently praise.
Her dedication to the role is unparalleled—whether it’s stepping up to cover a shift at the last minute, mentoring new team members, or finding creative ways to streamline operations, Beata always delivers with a smile and a "can-do" attitude. Her ability to stay calm under pressure, maintain high standards, and motivate those around her makes her an invaluable part of our team.
Beata’s work isn’t just about meeting expectations—it’s about exceeding them.
She has a natural eye for detail, and her proactive approach ensures that even the smallest touches make a big impact. From ensuring guest satisfaction to supporting her colleagues, she truly sets the gold standard in hospitality.
Outside of work, Beata is just as inspiring. She’s a devoted wife, a proud mom to her son, a massive Liverpool supporter, and a lover of heavy metal music and cats (talk about a purr-fect combination !!). Not to mention, she’s an incredible cook and a passionate traveller.
