· I have been working in the hotel for over 10 months now, the time has literally just flown by!
I have been working in the Sales Office and on the reception desk during all this time and am delighted to have a great team around me in both departments.
· What do you love about your job?
Every day is so busy, and every day I am learning loads. I love helping people plan their events. I’ve recently only started a Sales Apprenticeship Programme which I will complete in 2 years.
· What do you like to do when not working?
I Love eating out, love shopping, and spend a lot of time driving my 14-year-old brother Pa around!! I like to read and go to the gym.
· Tell us something interesting we don’t know about you?
I love travelling and am recently only back from Poland. I’ve recently also gotten a tattoo.
What Molly didn’t tell you was that only after a few months of starting work at the Talbot Hotel Clonmel she was voted by her peers as Employee of the Month and was part of the team that won the Special Regoniton award at this year’s Employee of the Year Awards.
