Giving blood makes it possible for many people to lead normal healthy lives.
Every year, thousands of patients require blood transfusions in our hospitals because they are undergoing surgery, recovering from cancer, or have been in a serious accident.
There is currently a shortage of blood in Ireland, with some blood types only having 4 days of stocks, so please support the Clonmel drive next week if you can. This is happening in our main Poppyfield Ballroom on the dates below.
