Picture Perfect Civil or Humanistic Weddings
As you know here in Talbot Hotel Clonmel we love to talk about all things weddings!
Today, we are going to give you tips on how to make the ceremony room your own.
• The layout is so important. Organise your seating layout so you are in view of all your guests on your big day, and all your guests can see you.
Especially for Civil or Humanistic Celebrations held within the hotel, some couples like to put there seats at the top, or even to the side.
• Plan where the photographer should be on the day. Doing this makes your and their life a lot easier and they can capture the perfect picture at the right angle.
• Make sure you have the music that will be played at the ceremony set up in advance. This should help avoid any technical issues that occur on the day. Ideally keep this away from where you will exchange nuptials, as you will have an awful lot of activity up at the top of the rooms, from yourselves, registers, photographers and videographers.
• Do not be afraid to personalise the décor. Adding signs, flowers or lights can bring more life to the ceremony room and be a nice touch.
